Downstairs - Kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath plus a screened in porch.

Upstairs - Three bedrooms including a master with bath (queen bed), second bedroom with a queen bed, and third bedroom has a full size futon with a single bunk bed overhead. There is also a second full bath.

Rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. 3 PM check in.  10 AM check out the following Saturday.

$300 Security Deposit required with signed agreement. Rent due two months prior to reserved week.
